Alex Stead
Director
After working in education recruitment for over a decade I am still eager to improve and find ways we can be even better as a group. I am passionate about hiring, training and guiding consultants and believe we have created a great platform for all members of the team to succeed. I have worked across all markets in the education sector and love what we do.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
I enjoy the competitive and rewarding nature, seeing people succeed and celebrating that as a team. Progression is clear and transparent at all levels and it’s in your own hands.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
I am looking for passionate, driven and ambitious team members who set themselves targets that will push them to succeed in work and life. I believe you will surprise yourself if you create ambitious targets.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
Be yourself, be honest and always work as hard as you can whilst being positive along the way.

Jack Walsh
Director
Recruitment is addictive, after my first deal I was hooked. Admittedly, I miss the billing days, but I can honestly say that maximising consultant’s potential far surpasses being a top biller. We have built Limitless Group from the ground up, adding contacts in a room above a kebab shop in Salford, now with 3 brands, 2 offices in Manchester and an office in the Middle East. This hard work mentality is the foundation of our company, going the extra mile for clients and striving to be the best at what you do.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
The people, celebrating individual and team success and creating opportunities.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
Be the hardest working person in the room, be on time and be polite – the rest can be taught.
What does 2024 hold?
We will continue to develop talent and have some fun along the way.
Sarah-Jane Redstone
Operation Manager and Talent Acquisition
I have been working in education recruitment for 6 years. I got promoted to managing consultant in June 2022 and began managing a team in the September. I’ve enjoyed this challenge and have loved watching them improve and succeed.
This year I will be undertaking a new role as the operations manager. I will oversee the internal recruitment and graduate inductions. I’ll be working alongside a local charity – promoting fundraising and staff volunteering. Alongside this, I will be involved in the planning for trips for incentives throughout the year.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
It’s a great company to work for, the people are great and it’s always a good vibe in the office. Even though recruitments very much focused on the individual, everyone still works as a team to help each other out. It’s a high performing culture, you’re surrounded by ambitious people which helps to keep your own motivation high. There is unlimited earning potential and regular incentives and very supportive management, always open to new ideas.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
I am looking for people who are ambitious and eager to learn. Someone who is resilient and is determined to be successful. Recruitment is a tough role so it’s also important to be a positive person.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
You get out what you put in.
Listen to everyone around you for tips.
Ask lots of questions!
Try to stay positive.

James Prike
Managing Consultant
Hi, I’m James, a Managing Consultant on the CE team at Henry Blue. I grew up in Stockport and have been doing Recruitment for just over 6 years (4 years at Nala Global). Outside of work I enjoy going to watch Manchester City and going to the gym.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
The thing I love the most about working at Limitless Group is the culture, the friendships between everyone and the rewarding nature of the job. The lunch club target incentives are great; the annual races trip, New York and Ski-ing were unforgettable trips.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
I would be looking for someone who is hard-working and is willing to go the extra mile.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
Listen to advice and always put maximum effort in from the start. Show resilience as the job is a rollercoaster.

Daniel Sherwood
Managing Consultant – Nala Global
Hi, I’m Dan, a Managing Consultant and Lead of CE at Nala Global! I moved up from rural Shropshire two and a half years ago to join Limitless Group in Manchester and have been loving life ever since. Outside of work, I’m an avid sport watcher/player, playing golf (badly) and padel to name a few, as well as spending a lot of time in the pubs around Manchester watching the football.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
The thing I love the most about working at Nala Global would be the culture of the office. Everyone gets on so well and we have all made friends for life, whilst maintaining the competitive aspect and the ‘work hard play hard’ environment. The Billing incentives are also hugely important, and I have been fortunate to go abroad to New York, Skiing and Vegas in March, as well as trips to Chester Races and Dublin.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
The key qualities I would be looking for in a new team member are hard working and proactiveness. It is very much a case of you get out what you put in – if you are the first person in and last to leave you are going to be very successful.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
Get in on time and work hard!

Chris Seal
Managing Consultant – Henry Blue
Hi, I’m Chris, a Managing Consultant, and a CE Team Leader at Henry Blue. I joined the company just over two years ago after working with several of the Henry Blue team in a previous place and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done. I’m proud to be from Leicester and enjoy bantering about the failure and success of both City and Tigers. In my spare time, I play rugby, go to the gym and watch any sport that’s on TV.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
The environment we have built in both companies allows those who work hard to flourish.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
Resilience. You are going to have things go wrong that are out of your control but it’s about how you react to that and how you drive yourself forward that will make you a successful biller.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
Give yourself every chance of succeeding by working hard.
Joseph Burns
Managing Consultant – Nala Global
Hi, I’m Joe. I’m a managing consultant on the Further education team. I have a passion for finding and placing the best candidates around into colleges and training providers. I used to cycle for team GB and made it onto the reserves for Tokyo Olympic games pre covid. Since leaving the team and having a fortunately timed call with Alex Stead (Director), I haven’t looked back!
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
There are so many things to love! The perks are sensational, I’m really looking forward to Vegas which is just a few months away. On a day-to-day basis, I really enjoy connecting with both clients and candidates alike. To have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the FE sector and make a real difference to both staff and students lives, is truly rewarding.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
FE is a very fast-paced market. I’m looking for someone who fundamentally works hard and likes to push themselves. If you’re a sharp individual who loves the chase, It’s an incredibly rewarding environment.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
Listen, arrive early and work hard. It’s very simple! Make an effort with everyone as you never know who will be able to help you and when you need a friend.

Callum Salmon
Head of International
Hi, I am Callum, a Senior Recruitment Consultant working to place International Primary Teachers worldwide for Nala Global! I have just moved in with my girlfriend, and we are currently enjoying putting the finishing touches on our new flat in Media City. In my spare time, I love watching/playing sports, and have recently taken up golf, which I am improving at (slowly). If my colleagues had to describe myself in three words it would be: positive, competitive and sarcastic.
Why do you love working at Limitless Group?
I love working at Limitless Group, firstly, because it provided me with clear direction in my professional career when I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. Since then, I have really enjoyed finding teachers roles internationally – I didn’t realise the huge impact I would be able to have on their lives, by providing the connection from teacher to school. A huge bonus is also the Billing incentives we are given, my personal highlights have been our day trip to London and our trip to Chester races, although I have limited recollection of the latter. Finally, and most importantly, I have loved working with my colleagues and have made many friends for life.
What are you looking for from a new team member?
For someone joining the international team, the main quality I would look for would be enthusiasm for the role. If you find enjoyment in your work, it’s easier to work harder, which naturally leads to success in recruitment. I also think it’s very important to be good at taking constructive criticism – listen to people who have been successful in recruitment and take on board what they say.
What advice would you give to any new starters?
From my limited time in recruitment, my best advice would mainly be to work hard, as you really do get out what you put in. I also think it’s important to not be scared to be creative and try new things, the worst thing that can happen is that you get a no.
